Hello there. Well it was sunny Dollar for Lemon Thistle today, as part of Craft Fairs UK. A gorgeous day at the foot of the Ochil Hills. Every stall there had beautiful handmade items. Hard not to spend spend spend. We're really starting to set the machines alight with makings for that date in December :-) New and unusual are our hanging apples which you can see here on the site. Watch out for some more in festive fabrics - oops now I'm using the"F" word.
The nights are fair drawing in and thoughts turn to the dreaded "C" word, which is currently being whispered (Christmas that is).
The sewing machines seem to be on all the time just now. We made some aprons to sell at Dunfermline to see how they would do. They went down so well that we have a load of material on the dining table waiting to be turned into stunning and unique aprons. We will only ever make a max of 4 out of the same material, and even then they won't be the same, as there will be differences in the material used for pockets. The Craft fairs are picking up, with 3 booked for this month alone. Have a look at our Craft Fairs page for further information, also have a look at this link https://www.facebook.com/events/505264962820872/ New products will be added to the site in the next few days, so keep an eye out. We are also looking into setting up a shop on Facebook, so watch this space. Well need to get back to the dining table, material is waiting to be transformed. |
